Return Window:
You may initiate a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Return:
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused and with all tags/packaging intact.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

Refund Process:
Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund within 7 to 10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exclusions:
Custom orders cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
Earrings (for hygiene reasons) can only be returned if they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, including return shipping costs.

Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. Once your order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
